This Privacy Policy explains how Hallowix Studios processes information when you create an account, apply to a program, purchase a digital build, operate a creator store, contact support or otherwise use our website and connected services.

Privacy principle. Hallowix Studios does not sell personal information to advertisers. We only use account and service information to operate, secure and improve Hallowix services and to meet legal or payment obligations.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, nickname, full name, Discord name, avatar and authentication identifiers.
  • Application data: portfolio links, selected roles, department, creator policy confirmations and review status.
  • Marketplace data: store details, submitted maps/builds, listing assets, order history, payout information and creator activity records.
  • Support data: messages, ticket details and information you voluntarily provide when asking for help.
  • Technical data: security/session information reasonably required to keep accounts and services working.

2. How we use information

  • Authenticate accounts and keep sessions secure.
  • Review Freelancer Team and Store applications.
  • Process purchases, protected downloads, creator payouts and marketplace moderation.
  • Deliver account messages, application decisions and service notices.
  • Investigate abuse, disputes, fraud, policy violations and technical problems.

3. Service providers

Hallowix may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers such as Supabase for application data/authentication, Discord for community communication, and payment providers where applicable. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate your account, maintain marketplace and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. Removing a creator store does not necessarily delete historic listings, transactions or moderation records.

5. Your choices

You may update profile information from your dashboard. For requests involving account deletion, correction, export or privacy questions that cannot be handled from the dashboard, contact Hallowix Studios through the official support/Discord channels. Some transaction or compliance records may need to be retained where required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account and marketplace information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should use a unique password and protect access to their email and Discord accounts.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated as Hallowix Studios evolves. Material changes may be announced through the website or official community channels.
